Warm Up- 6:00 general cardio (jog, bike). leg swings. stretch calves
1-2-3-4 push ups
Find a spot to do handstands or plank. I recommend putting your stopwatch or phone between your hands and using that to time the WOD as well as your time hand standing or planning. Only count the time holding the handstand or plank!

warm up- see above
wod- 6 rounds- 10 push-Up, hands on floor- feet on wall as long as you can, 30 jump rope or 20 mountain climbers
game- invent a fun game using your slam ball to show Devin when we get back to the gym!
