Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at High Intensity. The workout is different EVERYDAY! We use movements required in everyday life for general physical preparedness. And we get REALLY good at them. We use free weights, body weight, and traditional cardio methods. Intensity looks different on each person, but for everyone, high intensity = progress.

Harvest Basics
Four 1-on-1 or small group sessions to introduce athletes to the foundational movements of CrossFit. Required by new athletes to join CrossFit classes. Price includes four, 1-hour sessions + unlimited classes for the remainder of the calendar month.

The needs of olympic athletes and your grandmother differ only in degree, not kind. we must be lifting, pressing and squatting in order to maintain our independent living. At Harvest, we train to live long lives with the functionality to enjoy them!
Beginners Class!
Beginners! Learn the foundations of crossfit in a class setting with other beginners!
HIT Class!
Do barbells make you nervous? Do you hate running? Then this is the class for you! in a circuit-style class, We use body weight movements, free weights and a few cardio machines (no treadmills!) to get a great sweat leaving you feeling happy and healthy!

CrossFit KIDS!
Developmentally appropriate CrossFit for growing kids! Ages 3-5, 6-10, and 11-17! Instruction based on using child motivators to teach important fitness skills and deliver life-long health benefits. The ultimate focus is to instill fitness and exercise as an important value to be carried into adolescence and adulthood.
