Nutrition is the foundation of fitness. Harvest Habits is a nutrition program designed to help you meet your goals while maintaining a healthy relationship with food. We will educate you on the body’s response to different foods, and work with you to create the best action plan for your goals. You will be held accountable to the action plan, and together we will make adjustments as you progress.
- 3 one-on-one nutrition coaching sessions per month to learn and work on action plan
- daily or weekly check-ins by text or email
