“Simple Gymnastics Tabata”
20 seconds to work, 10 seconds to rest, 8 rounds, finish all 8 rounds of one movement, before switching movements. The score for each movement is your lowest set of 20 seconds. Add up each movement score for your final score. Record each movement score in your notes! Go in the following order:
Push-up
Sit-Up
Air Squat
Burpee
every movement takes 4:00, you can take 1:00-1:30 to record your score and transition between movements!
Equipment Return- please return any equipment you’ve borrowed during this two week freeze. That is any and all equipment! If you’re unable to return it from 2-4:30pm let us know so we can make other arrangements.
Equipment checkout- Tuesday 6am-7:00am 2:15-6:30pm.
This week, we’re waiting until Tuesday to checkout equipment in the hope that we might be allowed to re-open when the numbers are presented Monday. In either case, we’ll need back the equipment we’ve loaned out this far. Stay tuned for more updates and check out our last FB live video about what to expect.
