Heavy Day//

  1. Bench Press 5x4 @ 1 weight

  2. accumulate- 20-40 strict pull ups or ring rows, and 100 1/2-V-sit up

We’re working out inside with masks on and it’s totally dumb, we know. For Wednesday’s functional bodybuilding class we wore masks and it wasn’t bad for heavy lifting with plenty of rest. Whenever you want to take it off, it’s easy enough to step out front or take a drink!

Also though, if you are a never-masker, we want to also honor that decision. You are more than welcome to take the extra squat rack outside and use the two small boxes as a bench!

Luckily, we don’t train anyone named Karen. Just be chill and have fun like usual!

Have your kids do whatever they do when you take them to the store.

We love and care for you all deeply. And as much as I would rather rage against the machine, our community is too important not to adapt and overcome!
