111019 Veterans Day and a new thing!

To all of our Veterans, Thank you for your service! We love you and are honored that you choose to train at Harvest CrossFit! Treat yourself to a bar and FitAid the next time you’re in, on us!
-New thing— Whenever you come into the gym, check the board for the “general warm-up”. It will always be simple, not needing explanation. You’re free to start it before class, and certainly be ready to start it at the scheduled hour, but we won’t be meeting at the board to explain it and get it started. If you get started on time, you’ll certainly be able to finish it before coach is ready to move on, but if you’re late or chatting or using the bathroom or anything else, just finish as much as possible. It will be anything that’s above the first dotted line. When you get to the dotted line, just wait patiently!
We do our best to allow time at the end of class for cooling down, wiping down equipment, stretching etc., but we’re finding it tough to end class properly while the next class is mosying in. When you come in, chat and be social, we love it, but be ready to get yourself going as well!
