from 0:00-4:00 complete 3 rounds of

18 double unders (1:1 scale)

4 Wall balls (20/14)

from 4:00-8:00 complete 3 rounds of

18 double unders 

6 Wall Balls

From 8:00-12:00 complete 3 rounds of

18 double unders

8 Wall Balls

Continue this pattern adding 2 Wall Ball repetitions per set per round until you are unable to complete the work within the 4 minute round
