CrossFit

Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at High Intensity. The workout is different EVERYDAY! We use movements required in everyday life for general physical preparedness. And we get REALLY good at them. We use free weights, body weight, and traditional cardio methods. Intensity looks different on each person, but for everyone, high intensity = progress.

Harvest Basics

Four 1-on-1 or small group sessions to introduce athletes to the foundational movements of CrossFit. Required by new athletes to join CrossFit classes. Price includes four, 1-hour sessions + unlimited classes for the remainder of the calendar month.

The needs of olympic athletes and your grandmother differ only in degree, not kind. we must be lifting, pressing and squatting in order to maintain our independent living. At Harvest, we train to live long lives with the functionality to enjoy them!

Beginners Class!

Beginners! Learn the foundations of crossfit in a class setting with other beginners!

HIT Class!

Do barbells make you nervous? Do you hate running? Then this is the class for you! in a circuit-style class, We use body weight movements, free weights and a few cardio machines (no treadmills!) to get a great sweat leaving you feeling happy and healthy!

M-F at 8:30am & 4:30pm (AM class switching to 7:30am on 6/17)

CrossFit KIDS!

Developmentally appropriate CrossFit for growing kids! Ages 3-5, 6-10, and 11-17! Instruction based on using child motivators to teach important fitness skills and deliver life-long health benefits. The ultimate focus is to instill fitness and exercise as an important value to be carried into adolescence and adulthood.

Pre/Post Natal Classes

This 4 week long clinic is for moms at any journey, pre or postpartum! We will learn breathing techniques, core exercises and balance work to help with the healing of diastasis recti, along with common pelvic floor dysfunctions. Contact us for info about the next class!

 Personal Training

Maybe you’re not the group fitness type or you want more specific training and coaching on top of your current membership - this is a 1-on-1 experience that, with consistency, will get you the results you want!

Monthly Programming

CrossFit programming for 5days/week for a month! We'll write your workouts and you can take them anywhere! One general warm up and cool down included!

Single Skill Programming

Do you have a goal to refine or learn a skill that doesn’t show up in programming as much as you’d like? You’ll get a week’s worth of drills to practice at home or during open gym times. Programming will be accompanied by videos and explanation.


Accountability

We’ve all done it - we’ve made the New Year’s Resolution to go to the gym or eat healthier. That’s awesome, but by the time the Superbowl rolls around, we haven’t gone to the gym in weeks and the celebratory food is just the beginning of more tempting celebrations like Valentine’s Day, Easter, Birthdays, 4th of July, Weddings, BBQs, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then we’re back to square one. We get it! And that’s why we’re here for you! Consistency and motivation are key in achieving your goals and we will provide you with both. We’ll help you create an action plan to achieve your goals and we will be the ones to hold you accountable to achieving them! Using the communication and motivation that works best for you, we will customize a plan with daily or weekly check-ins to keep you on track.
